Body and process-oriented therapy shows you the way to greater serenity, concentration, clarity, energy and calm, especially in challenging everyday life situations and when coping with a crisis. It leads you to be completely with yourself.
We all need a lot of energy to cope with the pressures of our fast-paced lives. We experience stress and pressure and may be in pain. In addition, we often feel terribly tired all the time. The consequences: Burnout, depression and physical illness.
Body and process-oriented therapy expands your perception and allows you to break out of limiting patterns and alleviate physical symptoms.

Craniosacral therapy: regeneration for body, mind and soul

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, manual form of therapy that has evolved from osteopathy. It can alleviate various complaints, for example stress and tension, headaches and migraines, chronic pain, sleep disorders or depression.
Visceral craniosacral therapy promotes the internal mobilization of the organs. It focuses on the connective tissue around the organs. Typical areas of application: chronic vertebral dysfunction, joint disorders, pain in the internal organs, metabolic disorders and immune system weakness.

Breathwork: The healing power of breathing.

In breathwork, you become aware of your own breath and breathe consciously. The breath can serve as a doorway to new, deep abilities. You can consciously prepare yourself for something, recover and go through difficult moments more easily.
